This is our first collaboration with Burlap & Barrel to bring you our dehydrated kimchi.  This is the first time you can bring your kimchi to go and not worry about it leaking or keeping it cold!  The flakes add a delicious depth of flavor to anything you can think of.  Add to soups or bagels with cream cheese. Rich taste.

napa cabbage, Mama O's Premium Vegan Kimchi Paste (water, Korean chili peppers, garlic, fresh ginger juice, salt, organic cane sugar, fresh lime juice), onion, Korean daikon, cilantro, scallions.
