It all started with Mama. Before we were Mama O’s, we were just hungry and craving the real stuff. No store-bought kimchi ever came close to what Mama used to make, so we got to work. What started as a passion project in a Brooklyn kitchen turned into a full-blown obsession with doing it right: fresh ingredients, natural fermentation, small batches, bold flavor. Today, Mama O’s is on shelves and in kitchens across the country, but our roots (and recipes) haven’t changed one bit.
